About Pre-order 有關代購

代購聲明 /Proxy Buying Statement  

1. 服務範圍 / Service scope： 

本代購服務包含商品代尋、下單、付款及國際運送協助。 

This service includes product sourcing, ordering, payment, and assistance with international shipping.

 

2. 報價與付款 / Pricing & payment： 

報價含商品價格、運費、關稅（如適用）及代購手續費。委託人應依約定方式及期限付款，匯率或銀行/手續費差額由委託人負擔。 

Quotation includes product price, shipping, duties/taxes (if applicable), and service fees. The client must pay according to agreed methods and deadlines; any exchange rate or bank/transaction fee differences are borne by the client.

 

3. 訂單變更/取消 / Order changes / cancellations： 

如商品已下單或賣家不接受取消，委託人仍需負擔相關費用；若取消被接受，代購方得酌收作業費。 

If an order has already been placed or the seller does not accept cancellation, the client remains responsible for the related costs; if cancellation is accepted, a handling fee may apply.

 

4. 商品問題與退換 / Product issues & returns： 

代購方非原賣家或製造商，僅協助處理退換或申訴；退換貨之來回運費、關稅與手續費由委託人負擔（另有約定除外）。 

The proxy buyer is not the original seller or manufacturer and only assists with returns or claims; return shipping, duties, and handling fees are borne by the client unless otherwise agreed.

 

5. 運送風險 / Shipping risk： 

商品自賣家發貨後之風險依承運公司條款及保險約定；如需保險則另行收費。代購方會協助申請理賠，但不保證一定能獲得賠償。 

Risk transfers according to the carrier’s terms once the seller ships the item; insurance is available at additional cost. The proxy buyer will assist with claims for loss or damage but cannot guarantee compensation.

 

6. 個資與責任 / Personal data & liability： 

代購方僅於履約必要範圍內使用委託人之個人資料並依法保護；除故意或重大過失外，代購方對商品本身瑕疵或第三方行為不負全部責任。 

Personal data will only be used as necessary to perform the service and will be protected according to applicable laws. Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, the proxy buyer is not liable for product defects or third-party actions.
